How to apply?
Welcome to the Appointment Management System (ApMS). Strictly follow the below guidelines.
Name: Enter your name.
Country: Choose your country from the dropdown.
Phone Number: Enter your India phone number.
Email: Enter your email ID.
Institute / Company: Enter your institute name or company name or other place where you are working.
Affiliation / Address: Enter your corresponding address.
Office: Choose the office from the dropdown. You will be allowed to visit this office only upon the approval of your appointment.
Appointment for: Specify the reason for the appointment (end up with the short reason).
Date & Time: Specify the date and time on which you would like to have an appointment.
After submission
You will get the message to your phone number upon its approval and this message will consist of the information like OTP, Date & Time. OTP is mandatory to visit the Office. Therefore, it is strictly mandated to come with the OTP for visiting the concerned office.
OTP will not be sent to the phone numbers of other countries and it will be sent to the India phone numbers only.
Cancellation
After approval of your appointment, sometimes your appointment may get cancelled due to some reasons. In such cases, the information for the appointment cancellation will be communicated to your phone number.
